Luther Crest, owned and operated by Virginia Lutheran Homes, is a HUD-subsidized apartment community located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley in New Market, Virginia. As part of our mission-driven commitment, Luther Crest provides 39 secure, affordable apartment homes for seniors aged 62 and over, as well as for mobility-impaired individuals of any age. Residents can choose from efficiency and one-bedroom units, including apartments specifically designed for those with mobility challenges.
